Foundation Structure
The Social Project Stiftung is a non-legally capable trust foundation administered by its Foundation Trustee. The Foundation Trustee acts as the legal representative in external legal relations and manages the foundation assets separately from personal assets in accordance with the foundation agreement.
Tax Status
The foundation is currently undergoing charitable recognition procedures with the competent German tax authorities. Further tax information and registration details will be published once available.
